Hence **the increasing number of student dorms in Spain**. According to the Estudio Informes Especiales: Residencias para Estudiantes (Special Reports Study: student dorms) conducted by the Sectorial Observatory DBK, there were 1093 student dorms running in Spain by the end of 2022, amounting to a total of 110 368 places. This proves that investment in this field has ramped up by 137% compared to previous years   – data from 2021.
